40 feet is a safe enough distance, shrapnel never flies that far...

It's tragic to lose a limb but I just don't feel sorry for morons. That dude was way, way too close.

I farking love Tannerite. Fun stuff but need to be careful using it. One pound at 100 yards is freaking unreal. Sets off all the car alarms at the range. Ha! Too bad can't use it at the range anymore. :-(

Didn't bother to read the story, the article title told me enough.

But I will look at it now!

Edit: was surprised to see the cameraman splattered with blood. Must have been a horrible sight to see afterwards.
