They should be, but they won't.  It is all part of the screwed up criminal justice system we have here.

Oh boy, sooo the prosecutor is accusing the judge of bad decision, when the dude probably got some half assed plea bargain, by that very prosecutor's office, that landed him probation rights in the first place....   all around WTF?

I'm sorry, I know I can't be reading that right.  Someone with 58 arrests and 24 felony convictions was OUT ON PROBATION???

There is a system in place where people can make complaints against judges. Maybe the problem is that no one actually goes and makes complaints?
