In New York at least they have to scramble to change records, kick people off the lists, and pretend the machines aren't working.

Hawaii doesn't require such nuance. They can completely ignore your vote for and push their agenda without fear of reprisal because, as everyone knows, this is a ONE PARTY STATE and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

During the Furlough Friday crisis I speculated that if they tried sending kids home in any New England town there would be upside-down cars on fire in front of the statehouse and National Guard patrolling the streets. Is it a slow burning fuse? A lot of people are grumbling but when are they going to get fed up with Democrats and do something about it?
