Wisconsin just issued it's 300,000th CCW permit, which means that approximately 8% of the state's adult population (over 21) may "legally" exercise their right to bear arms in public.
An equivalent percentage (8%) of the over-21 population of Hawaii (1,310,040 total over 21) would mean that Hawaii would have 104,803 CCW license holders. Thus we are only 104,803 short of the example of another state in the United States.
We need to send a few more emails and make a few more phone calls to the local politicians to correct this slight imbalance.

I figured that red was the red that meant "Stop! No rights for you!" I made another version of the map, but out of "discretion" I posted the version above. Since two people have now made comments along the lines depicted in the other map version, I might as well post it:
