OK, so look, you put the shells on the floor so when the intruder climbs through your window, it makes a lot of sound.
Then, you wake up, and fight the intruder with the 9mm.
When he is well and good subdued, you put those clips on his testicles. One for left, one for right.
Then you let him go with a warning. Catch and release. This is the liberal way and the compassionate way (he had a bad childhood).
He won't come back to bother you anymore after that.
If he does, use larger clips next time.
