Has anyone ordered ammo from Hawaii On Target and not yet received their order? Below is a copy of their Facebook ad from March 30, 2016.

I called in to inquire and was informed that the ammo was ordered for the March 2016 gunshow but was late arriving so they were selling it at the gunshow pricing and that it was already sitting at the freight forwarders. I ordered multiple cases of 9mm 124gr. and paid with a CC. My card was charged immediately and I received a text from Paypal with the transaction information.
Long story short, two months later and the ammo still hasn't arrived. I contacted them muttiple times through their Facebook page and Facebook Messenger and was told that the wrong ammo was shipped and a new shipment is being sent. Or orders are being filled in order and that I must've gotten bumped to the back of the list. Finally enough is enough and I requested a refund from Hawaii On Target and was told it was being processed but I haven't received any documentation stating such. I've opened a dispute with my CC company and provided them with all of the info.
Is anyone else going through a similar situation with them?

Damn. Sorry to hear about your troubles.
I would've been all over that sale on 9 mm and likely the 22 lr. Hope you get things resolved soon.

There is another thread about Hawaii On Target and the many problems they are having satisfying customer's orders. At least one of the principles there has a very long history of similar bad behavior and is not to be trusted. Buyer beware!!

Ever heard the saying when something seems too good to be true it generally is?
Most of those prices are well under cost BEFORE shipping added in.
Keep in mind that they may have placed orders at SHOT SHOW on a promo not understanding that less than 10% of those orders are ever filled.
They may have thought, OK, they confirmed my order so I know it's inbound and I can pre-sell. We made the same mistake getting started but now wait until things are physically counted at our warehouse in CA.
We order $3-5 million at the promo prices and maybe see $400k of that order.
See ammo prices for less than our specials? Unless someone got a SUPER deal, use caution.
Companies are legally obligated to retain customer deposits and treat them as a liability rather than income until the order is filled...

Good advice.
The liabilities versus income issue is predicated on an ethical and honest business person. I would suggest that is not the case with HOT and can provide many examples of similar behavior by one of the principles prior to opening this business.

Same story. No product. No refund. See my post in General Discussion or Reviews.

Get your money back and move on.
If that thread I started and the other threads coming out arent an indicator I don't know what else to tell you.

A lot of truth in here.

I hope not, but that's got "plane ticket bought and I'm out," all over it.

I hope not too but the timing sure is fishy. Especially with all the other stories that have come out about his less than stellar business practices

Lets act like adults. Don't jump to conclusions or over speculate.
Maybe all of those who have outstanding ammo or powder should get each others info and plan out a LEGAL course of action to get your product or money refunded.

From what I can read most people here are acting like adults and handling this fine. How do you expect "all of those with outstanding ammo or powder" to discover each other without threads like these. In my opinion, anybody that practices business the way Hawaii on Target does, deserves to have this info put out so others are aware and don't waste their time and money.

Still no ammo or refund I was promised a refund almost two weeks ago and nothing this guy is really getting on my nerves I gave him so many chances and he still decides to lie called my cc company and filed the proper papers to get it back from them I gave them proof of all the messages he sent me from April. Thinking about taking this guy to court or just blast him on the news

If you are fortunate enough to have the ability to perform a credit card chargeback that's what you should do. It's way easier than taking someone to court, etc. Credit card companies generally side with the buyer, and people who get too many chargebacks filed against them supposedly lose their ability to accept credit card transactions.
