The Atlas E in KS seems a good deal, BUT, it's doors have been left open and 150 of it is FLOODED.

Looks like a Major Fixer upper.

A great place for an indoor short rifle range and handgun fun range.

Plus has room for short aircraft or helicopter operations.

Downside for such failities for Zombie stuff is that once Zombies know you're there, you're stuck cause they'll camp on top.

Book "World War Z" states that since they're already dead, Z can survive underwater and clog cooling water intakes on nuke subs...

I just think there really cool. I love history and to see inside of something that no one else could see inside is pretty awesome. Can you imagine the tense time down in these places? Wish I had the money I'd buy a couple of these places.
