people forget that's our tax monies "hard at work"
Why couldn't anyone within the City Trans dept. over see the rail project?
Did we need to hire someone and pay them THAT much to manage runaway rail?

His salary probably represents the "floor" for this position...after all, the next guy is going to come in to put everything right, and that's got to be worth more, right?
