Funny how they are so afraid and focused on legal carrying citizens and so ignorant to a real threat.
They are now safer because some will take the responsibility to carry for defense.
Of course they'll blame CCW if something should ever happen though. Even though the prohibition of carry would NOT deter an attacker.

"Organizers said they distributed more than 4,500 free sex toys."
I don't think the students showed up to protest ...

God Blessed Texas, well maybe 99% except Austin. Darrell Royal must be shaking his head.

Hmmmm, and what did James and Jerome have to say as they walked away, hand in hand?

That's a pretty crappy article. Did it occur to any of you to wonder WHY they chose sex toys? It's actually a pretty appropriate move, albeit with a misguided intent.

I would just assume to get attention. What do you think?

"Obscene" items and logowear are forbidden on Texas state college campuses. They're violating state law by doing this, counting on their numbers to overwhelm any possible response. Sound like a familiar tactic?

Why wave sex toys to protest allowing students the exercise of their basic constitutional and natural right to self-defense? Because, you see, there’s a Texas law still on the books that outlaws some displays of sex toys, such as dildos and “artificial vaginas.” Here’s the Washington Post, straining to make a connection: “The sex-toy-as-symbolism protest was meant to expose the arguable hypocrisy of what is and is not safe in Texas public spaces.”

Go ahead, carry a dildo in your pocket, I don't care.

Are these the cocks instead of Glocks group?
-
I'll give these folks more weight when they have to get a background check, training, licensing, their names added to a criminal tracking database, finger printed, photo'd, fees and taxes paid, tax stamp and fee paid for any cock less than 16", and wait the requisite 14 days to acquire the fake ding dong or kitty kat.

Possibly loosely allied with the "Buttplugs instead of Berettas" group?
