Here it is the only opportunity for JUST the ladies instructional. So fellas let the Ladies know and step out the way!
HDF will be conducting a special LADIES ONLY class on saturday, october 15
This class will be on Oct 15th Saturday from 8am -12
Conducted in action bay 1 at the kokohead complex.
it will be held in action bay 1 at the koko head shooting complex (on the left as you enter, nearest to hanauma bay- look for the huge shipping container)
Ladies bring both a rifle and pistol. (and a rifle sling if you have).
approx. round count will be 200 rounds pistol, and 200 rounds rifle
you will also need a minimum of 3 magazines for each pistol or rifle, and dedicated pouches to carry the spare magazines
OK we also understand that you might not have both a rifle & a pistol. THIS IS NO REASON TO NOT ATTEND!
SO if you only have a rifle or pistol is fine as well. We still encourage you to participate in what you have.
Run what you got and practice with us.
if you do not have both a rifle and a pistol, please attend anyways and bring 400 rounds of ammo for whatever you are bringing

No equipment will be provided. You must facilitate bring your own firearms, ammo, and belts / Pouches
No IWB OR SERPA HOLSTERS
NO SPOUSE'S spouses OR significant OTHERS WILL BE ALLOWED
COVERED SHOES REQUIRED

Sounds good. These types of events are getting popular on the mainland to bring in more women shooters, which Hawaii desperately needs to help with gun rights.

Can I get confirmation to register for this class on this thread or do i need to email hdf? I have a few Qs. #1 Is there a minimum age to participate? #2 Can the rifle be a pistol cal & if so is there a minimum caliber requirement 22lr ok?

#2 yes pistol caliber is acceptable.

There's still space. As long as the individual can do basic safety manipulation (4 Safety Rules, and can properly load and unload) they are welcome to attend.
