Title: Kowa service +100

I dropped it on concrete. Called them. They gave me an RMA and repaired my TSN 601 under warranty.
Just wanted to share this with those who are shopping for a good spotting scope.
Kowas aren't cheap but their optical qualities (good eye relief, clarity) AND service are top notch.   :thumbsup:
Took me awhile to save $$$ for it but it was worth it. :shaka:
