My prayers for those lost during that attack and my highest admiration for the Greatest Generation.
One time in December several decades ago,  I saw subs berthed 2 or 3 abreast in port for Christmas.  Won't say where or what piers.   Just reminded me of the aerial photo of battleship row pre Dec. 7 1941. 
Thought to myself how some things don't change but hopefully will never repeat.  We all need to never forget and always "Remember Pearl Harbor" and sadly we now need to add "Never Forget 9/11".
