Title: Rapback is upon us!

When I went to register two pistols today, there was a notification that Rapback has been instituted as of December 5, 2016. I had to pay the $42 (fortunately they now take cash or charge), fill out one form and be re-finger printed electronically (just did this a month ago - HPD said it was a different database...) before receiving the completed registration forms. Even with a short line, it took over 2 hours so be prepared!

I have attached an image of the posting on the HPD board in the firearms section.

2 hours?  The City better start increasing the limit on those meters.  lol.
