If an F.B.I.'s submachine gun is stolen while he is in a sanctuary city/state, does a crime actually occur?
Stolen a month ago, public notified yesterday

I think they are.

Gonna turn up in an Oakland drive-by.
Some gangster is pretty stoked.
Unless of course he decides to try and suddenly go legit and register it.

Only in Hawaii are people stupid enough to register themselves and guns. The
rest of the country ignores those laws. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm preparing to
move my legal residence to another state, just as soon as the Hudson bill passes.

Surprised they didn't state that the gun "went missing". Same as the gun "went off or fired" when it has to do with LE.
Words like that make the general public think that the inanimate object can actually move itself.
