Sad news not firearm related, but it is Hawaii related.

I watched that story on the news and the newscaster said that, that particular of helicopter was from the Vietnam era and is the same outdated model that was involved in the last fatal (Hawaii based military personnel) crash.

She went on to say that that particular model has a long history of crashing.

I have no way to substantiate or refute anything she said with hard evidence but if it is true then wow, why isn't something done about that?
