Because this is the Sheeple's Democratic Republic of Hawaii and not a free state.  Right now I am enjoying my right to carry in NV and took a side trip to St George UT.  A shopping complex there had Sportsman's Warehouse, Best Buy, Habor Freight, Home Depot, and a bunch of other stores. 
Even in NV I saw this in the,pic below. Didn't stop me from enjoying the great wings there or carrying my weapon.

Because majority of non firearm owners don't care or are unaware of violence.  It's not only until something happens to them or someone they know, then they ask questions.

I've commented of FB about the slashing and elevator exposer about 3 ccw bills proposed and to call your rep and email them for support.

It's amazing the support for CCW there is in each post also.  I've gotten a few PM's from women asking how they can help the CCW process.

Talked to my CCW instructor and he said all the stores would do is ask you to leave.  And if you refuse then trespass you.  Same with Casinos.  Or you can check your gun with security.  But I've never seen a casino with a no guns sign on every entrance as required by law.
