I fired up my dehydrator for the first time in years.
a coworker gave some kawakawa which is OK but not my favorite fish.
So I made it shoyu poke style and dried it.
Breakfast today is dried fish and a little 1 finger poi cuz I stay kanaka li'dat.

Good use of the dehydrator. Some of that dried fish with poi and I am all good. :thumbsup:
I busted out my dehydrator after a year and did a couple batches of turmeric to make into powder a few weeks ago. Today I finished drying out papaya seeds with the dehydrator. Been trying to preserve seeds in case the lights go out and don't come back on or just in case any other SHTF situation arises. LOL

Hmmm, interesting use of a dehydrator.
My neighbor gave me some odd fruit that I have never seen before.
I had to Google it to find out what the heck it is. See the pic in the previous message and take a guess.
Anyway, it's going into some fruit rollup now...
