So was he legally allowed to carry?  Because the gun was found in the trash can where he was next to.

Also I wonder if he was trying to holster or mexican holster.

How many licensed CCWers would throw their gun in the trash after a negligent discharge? Though I can imagine that if you shot yourself in the dick you might, at that moment, want to never see or touch it (the gun  :rofl:) again...

He needs to look for the silver lining.  At least he wasn't carrying a .45 ACP or .44 mag chambered pistol.   :shaka:
