Title: Ammo manufacturers replacing damaged firearms?

Just wondering if anyone has heard or experienced a situation where faulty ammo caused an infamous "kaboom" and the factory ammo was the culprit (i.e. over-pressured round)?

Would the ammunition manufacturer be liable to reimburse your damaged firearm?
