Works on "some" sale items.  I tried on sale bullets but no go.  I tried on rifle parts and worked fine.  ???

Most here know that "free shipping" is $10.00 for Hawaii. I took advantage of the offer the last couple of times (last time was last week) for heavier items like bullets and they shipped UPS 2nd day . . . worth it

That $10 fee saves me from going bankrupt via Midway.
