When I last went out shooting, I had the chance to briefly play around with a Nikon ProStaff 3-9x40 Riflescope. It was crisp, clear and stayed put (zeroed) when shot on top of an ar-15. For the price, I don't think there is anything that is as good as this scope. If you are looking for a great scope for under $150, I recommend this one.
As of right now, it is a hair under $135.
