Is that the Lee unbreakable?
It is suppose to be able to slide in the collet if it meets à solid object, like a rock or Berdan case.
If the collet screw is too tight it cannot slide up to save itself.

No, it was an accident. :rofl:
The collet was on very tight. I believe it was factory tight. I don't remember ever removing it.
There was a congealed mass of Dacron at the bottom of the case. Question, under what grain would you start adding filler in a 54r case? 20, 25, 30... As you know, I'm thinking of trying RL7 again.

nah...that'll will buff / straighten out...pliers and generous amount of Robitussin

I tried straightening in my vise but didn't live through the procedure. I didn't think to try it with Robitussin. ;)
