Honestly female cops should be pretty beefy. There's tons of stuff like this out there where multiple females cannot take down 1 unarmed suspect, and it takes the intervention of a man to do it. Bigger and tougher the tita, the better
Just like how you want decent size and strength male cops. You don't want some scrawny 120lb kid attempting to take down a 220lb guy. Maths does not work

It’s not a math question. You think Bruce Lee would have a problem taking on someone at 220? Max Halloway and B.J. Penn only weigh 145 or so. I’ve seen 150 lb girls layout guys that were larger than 220 on the rugby field. Training, technique and mindset have a lot to do with taking down someone who is much larger than you.
