Was wondering if anyone can recommend a set of good walkie talkies for Lanai hunting. The ones we currently have suck (to put it lightly). Probably will end up needing 4 of them. Cost isn't nearly a big a factor as function, reliability, range, other features, etc. I'm thinking up to $200. Nowadays a normal set of 2 walkies is maybe $30, so a budget of 6-7x that should be able to pay for something good?

Interesting info I found that I'd never have guessed. In about 7 states, it's illegal to hunt Deer while using a radio/cell phone. You can carry the devices, but you can't use them to alert other hunters of deer locations.
Hawaii is not on the that list. :thumbsup:
