As a dad who loves his kids, I am questioning my morals. Would I be outraged enough to invoke vigilante justice on this dude?
Another thing I wonder about is whether or not our judicial system will let him loose after this.
I want to follow this story closely.

Our liberal judges will probably give him 6 months probation.
-
Our judges will send him HOPE

"he's a good boy, he would never hurt anyone"

That's not what the neighbor said yesterday.
That guy needs to take a dirt nap.

A quote? Someone actually said that about him?
From what I saw on the news, people were afraid of him. He has attacked people in the past, and many were afraid to file charges or even file a report out of fear of retaliation.
I don't think anyone interviewed had anything good to say about him.

Wondering what charges will be filed and what he will plea.
Wondering if he will be allowed to make bail.
Wondering what the defense will say.
Wondering what kind of load to use.
So many things to think about.

The report I heard about the TRO was that it was dropped because the person who filed never showed up at the hearing. Not that the TRO would’ve ensured safety, but just another part of the story missing. I assume intimidation and other stuff. But I can also see the challenges in the justice system if the person who filed the complaint (or charges) doesn’t follow through. I thought there were things to protect them, but just some things I wondered about.
Sad situation. This guy is scum. Lower than low. I just feel that scum like this need to suffer.

Close. It's not that she never showed up for the TRO hearing. The judge postponed the hearing from the originally scheduled day to the following day. When that happens, you might not find out the date change until you show up on the previously scheduled date.
Never-ending continuances is a strategy the lawyers use hoping you get tired of showing up only to find out you have to leave and come back later.
Would be nice to hear her side of what happened with that hearing. Already took a day off work, got rescheduled, and couldn't take the next day off, too? Hard to guess.

He never saw the advertisements "never shake a keiki".

In some prisons it's a badge of honor to torture and kill people who are convicted of these kinds of crimes.

Following this story....
He has been charged with 2nd degree attempted murder.
Bail set at 500k
-
He pleads not guilty
