Title: Check to ensure testimony has been submitted

If you think you already submitted testimony, please check by logging in to the website, click Home on the upper right, and then click the Submit Testimony button. Your testimonies should be listed on the left. Also, each measure has multiple testimony opportunities. For example, SB2436 has three. Click on the link for the latest one and do a search for your name. If it's not there in the PDF, then add your testimony. Don't forget to click on the Spelling feature before submitting. Start with "I oppose/support the bill because" and don't be rude. I think a short and precise testimony is better than a long diatribe of grievances against the government.

each committee has it's own set of testimony
it does not carry over

Yes, which is why it's important to keep checking and keep submitting...
