They should see this as a reaction from WE THE PEOPLE instead of a singular group / entity - because WE are the NRA.

Two of my coworkers bought rifles and are first time gun owners, got those two and a third registered to vote.  Plus I’ve got other two non gun owning coworkers coming to the range with me next Sunday. It will be one of their first times ever shooting.

Headlines and national interest are switching back to racist policing accusations and starlets who banged their way to the top and then got buyers remorse.

I doubt my experience is unique. America will lose interest in gun control because it’s hard, it’s time consuming and it’s benefits are inconclusive. Gun advocates think about guns every day.   You can tell by the smile.

Don’t give up guys. Be a good ambassador for our hobby, share our passion, introduce new people, and the rest will take care of itself.
