Title: Slide Fire "Bump Stock" Manufacturer Pulls the Plug

Either they see the writing on the wall (coming nearly certain unconstitutional infringement by the DOJ/BATFE aided and abetted by Trump/Executive and NRA, etc.) and/or their business is withering under the same threat.

The only real question is exactly which arms in which locations will be "outlawed" next? (See the City of Boulder, CO proposed "assault weapon"/"high capacity magazine"/"increased rate of fire device"/etc. ban at https://pagetwo.completecolorado.com/2018/04/07/10538/). Our "public servants" protecting "public safety" via "commonsense gun safety regulations".

Pretty sad that a company had to fold because of this.  :grrr:
Curious how the secondary market will respond to this in terms of people selling or hoarding these items.

Another reason could be that the company can no longer obtain product liability insurance which protects the owner from lawsuits and puts all of their assets at risk without it.

They did that with Regan in 1986 ; with FOPA and killed all new machine guns.

Yeah, that Act provided Protection to all Firearm Owners from the possibility of owning a newly manufactured full auto because... GUNS!  :crazy:
