Apparently UTube has not censored gun videos yet.  Hope all the negative feedback they got about that caused them to change their mind.

If it were shortened to 2 minutes then technically, it could.
It could be scheduled during the late night hours with the sexy phone girls.
But it wouldn't be cheap.
