Do they teach that at the FBI Academy?
Federal Backflip Institute

"Only the government is trained to have guns, not civilians".
Honestly doing a back flip while carrying IWB is a no go for me.

Doing a back flip at any time would be risking a broken neck. ;D

He also has to tighten the screws if it was a Kydex holster. When I test mine, I shake it upside down hard. If I did know how to back flip, my VP9 would not come loose.

Too late now but hopefully they drug tested that a-hole. Probably drunk or high. He didn't even check on the guy he shot.

He shoulda asked a stranger to hold his gun first. ::)

Maybe him and Deedy will ride the same desk in the "FBI/SS Coop Cubical".

The charge sounds wrong, but maybe done this way so he gets off. Compared to a wreckless and endangering charge.
Like when the Rodney King cops got off because they were charged with "assault with a deadly weapon". And at that time, a billy wasn't classified as a deadly weapon. But it is now.

2nd deg assault sounds right if he was drunk, but Ii's a stretch. He didn't look too drunk being able to do those moves and his reaction to immediately getting his gun. I think he just panicked when the gun fell out and grabbed the gun improperly. He should get sued and maybe fired, but not go to prison for it.

In WA state I carried a PPK clone in the small of my back.
for many years.
It never went off accidentally.
This guy is a sworn officer, he should get nailed to the wall.
I tire of being held to a higher level of conduct as a civilian then we
hold cops to.
