Title: Appeals Court Tees Up Interstate Handgun Sale Ban for Possible Supreme Court Rev

Have to see where this goes. Most of us were excited when the 4th in Texas ruled the ban was unconstitutional. But the 5th got in the way and so we have to see happens next.

You pay taxes and the purchase follows current Federal law.  There should be no challenge.
