Went out to clean up potential hurricane shrapnel on the job site with the dogs and they took off into the woods and followed by a death squeal. Went after them and found they had killed a small boar, so since I never tried cleaning one before I gave it a go. I was doing pretty well (considering they chewed it's face and ass off) but when I got inside the gut bag there was lots of half digested stuff on the side my dogs chewed and it looks like the inside of the ribs were melted with stomach acid. The other side looked clean.
I'm wondering if someone gut shot it with a bb gun and the stomach acid leaked out burning a hole in it's side, or if there's some kind of weird flesh eating pig disease and I should throw away the 3 quarters that I kept. Didn't seem to be any damage on that spot on the outside, so hole may have healed up.

Just confirmed neighbor gut shot it with a bb gun. Poor little piggy. At least he's not suffering any more.
