How do you get muzzleloader powder and primers over from Oahu if you can’t take it in carryon or luggage (as per airline regs) thinking of hunting muzzleloader 2019

gotta ship it over on young brothers barge and declare it as hazmat.

One person told me that they make ammo with the black powder.

They take the ammo apart when they get to Lanai.

I’m guessing they use shotgun shells cause I would for the larger volume
