My 2015/16 2nd amendment case is being heard today at the 9th circuit. This has nothing to do with the 2A at this time and has moved onto being about lawyers fees. Still pretty cool to have a case at a circuit level.

I believe it’s the bankrupt court in Honolulu

If it's part of the Ninth Circuit they're all bankrupt.  ;)
