I suspect we will likely have similar RINO tactics from incoming never-Trump senator Mitt(ens) Romney.
53 is a LOT of judges.
Senate Judiciary Committee Delays Votes on Trump’s Judicial Picks Thanks to RINO Jeff Flake

The Senate Judiciary Committee has delayed votes on nearly two dozen of Trump’s judicial picks because RINO Jeff Flake is withholding his vote amid a Mueller standoff.
Six circuit court nominees and 15 district court nominees were expected to be voted on, reported The Hill.
Last month outgoing Arizona Senator Jeff Flake vowed to withhold his vote for any judicial nominees until legislation protecting dirty cop Robert Mueller is brought for a vote.
Last Wednesday, the Senate once again blocked a bill to protect Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia witch hunt, creating a potential logjam to get Trump’s judicial picks installed.
Because of Jeff Flake’s protest, the Senate Judiciary Committee once again cancelled a session to vote judicial nominees out of the Committee.
Senate Judiciary Cmte again cancels scheduled mtg where mbrs vote judicial nominees out of cmte. Cmte is 11-10 GOP. Flake says he won't advance judicial nominees until he gets a vote on his bill to protect Mueller. This is the 2nd wk the cmte has canceled such a session

Senators Flake and Coons previously introduced the Special Counsel Integrity Act in order to protect dirty cop Robert Mueller and McConnell shot it down.
Jeff Flake wants to be a pain in the ass for President Trump and his supporters until the very last day he leaves office, which is in less than a month.
“I have informed the Majority Leader that I will not vote to advance any of the 21 judicial nominees pending in the Judiciary Committee or vote to confirm the 32 judges awaiting confirmation on the Senate floor until S.2644 is brought to the full Senate for a vote,” Flake previously said.
It is unclear if or when the Judiciary Panel will schedule another meeting for a vote.
Jeff Flake can’t leave fast enough. Good riddance.

Won't have to worry about that anymore in January.

That's why I mentioned incoming Romney. He's as never-Trump as Flake (Flake will be replaced as Arizona senator by a Democrat)... and the RINOs Murkowski, Collins, et al. are all still there too. Who knows what any of them will do for whatever reason?

What me worry?

Seems like AZ likes to have RINO's in congress (name that shall not be mentioned). Hopefully this crap that's happening with the invasion in CA will force them to vote more like TX. It's a wonder why the invasion chose the longer route and bypassed TX. Thanks to Trump, we won't be invaded like how the UK was and all messed up now. Maybe that's where the Latin invaders got the idea from. We all remember the "Muslim migrants" coming in waves of the thousands in the UK/Greece.

So does being against Trump now make one a fake Republican?
I say Flakes demand is reasonable. Protect Meuller with thr job he has to do and then pass all the judges you want.

One has nothing to do with the other. These are the stupid political horse-trading games that people with any sense are tired of.
Trump gets blasted for "holding DACA EO hostage" in exchange for border wall funding which happen to be directly linked. Holding judgeship nominations hostage for a witch hunt to continue? Totally unrelated.
