Hawaii Firearms Coalition wants to submit/participate in an amicus brief for Rogers v. Grewal. Should the petition to the supreme court be approved.

This cert petition aims to get SCOTUS to answer the following questions.
- Whether the Second Amendment protects the right to carry a firearm outside the home for self- defense.
- Whether the government may deny categori-cally the exercise of the right to carry a firearm outside the home to typical law-abiding citizens by condition-ing the exercise of the right on a showing of a special need to carry a firearm
To submit this brief we are fundraising through the sales of t-shirts. These shirts feature Jefferson iconic JOIN or DIE design but with a Hawaii twist. Each piece of the cut up snake is labeled with an island of Hawaii instead of the original colony’s.
