I guess they need to buy more office supplies.

I noticed on the way back from the range that there have been 119 traffic fatalities for the year. How many firearm fatalities were there? We don't need more gun laws, obviously.

Knowing our government, those who paid the $42 will have to pay the extra $1.25 when they come in next time.
