“Hunker down, lock the car and if you don’t feel safe call 911,” Lind said if the car is not driveable. If it is, she suggests getting to a well lit, busy area then calling family or friends. Wouldn't a nice 1911 or Glock be a perfect companion when you are stuck in your car in the middle of the night by yourself?

What about having a big dog with you? That was a suggestion made by some lolo whose name I won't mention. On the BI you would be far better off calling family or friends instead of 911 and waiting for 2 or 3 cops to be available, because cops here do not come alone. They are afraid to, even though they have guns and all of the citizens do not, because of Hawaii's strict gun laws that keep us all safe.

It takes a lot of man power to stand by the stop sign in Hawi and ticket people for dirty license plates. You cant pull those officers off that job to help with your raping or murder

I know I'm sorta banging my head against the wall... but I'm still gonna try and re-condition most of you anyway... :geekdanc:

I started yelling at the TV, "open or concealed carry! open or concealed carry!"
[My top-ranked preferred version: I started yelling at the TV, "permitless carry! permitless carry!"]

I was actually yelling at my co-worker so I had to keep it simple.

For that girl on Kalanianaole, a sex assualt 1st degree case has been opened. Which means rape.
-
This is the stupidest gotdamned advice yet. It will get someone killed.
-
Remember to try and sit in the middle of your car, so that if your assailant breaks into your window you can escape from the other side...

It is legal to carry a signaling device in a Vehicle in Hawaii. Perhaps a 26.5 mm
signaling device used commonly on boats. In fact on a boat you are by law required to
have such a signal. At close range such a flare would get someones attention.
There are legal inserts that convert these signaling devices into a .45 long colt pistol
or .410 very short shotgun. BTW no way to trace any of it.
Until you insert the converter into the signaling device
there is no law violated and even then you have 72 hours to comply.
Y'all get my drift?
HPD is not your personal bodyguard. You are.
Hawaii gun laws for the most part are not constitutional, they
depend on the fact you don't have the resources to fight them
in courts.
For them it is better for a woman or girl to be raped than it is for
the loser cousin, or uncle to lose his life.
