But he's ok taking away rights for 2 genders that are specifically written in the constitution?

I raised 4 babies who are wonderful productive human beings today.
When those 4 babies were growing in mom's tummy, didn't they have the same right-to-life as anyone else?
 Seems like a no-brainer to me.
 I guess some politicians don't consider babies very important since they can't vote. :(
