It seems the government knows that criminals don't follow the laws but make law abiding folks pay the price.

Here's what it says:

The city "cannot ensure the protection of visitors or its employees from individuals who unlawfully enter with weapons and does not offer protection against the actions of violators.”

Here's what it would say if they were even half-way honest:

The city "cannot ensure the protection of visitors or its employees from individuals who unlawfully enter with weapons and does not offer protection against the actions of violators, nor does it offer protection from anyone else with or without any weapon of any kind. In other words, ”YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN."
