There is so much wrong with the post I really don't know where to start.
The M4 is selective fire.
The AR15 M4 is semi auto.
Neither are 45 ACP.
M4 is 5.56X45 NATO
AR15 M4 is .223 Remington.
But we are gun guys here.

If I managed to get a hold of an M4.
I'm certainly not going to give it back.

Was this a regular agent?  If so, why was he driving around with a rifle in his car.
