Main reason to buy the 19X is because you like the color.

G45 has gen 5 parts
19X has combo gen 4 and 5 parts (gen 4.5)

G45 has front serrations (looks stupid IMO.  The VP9 or P10C looks cooler)
19X doesn't

19X has a lanyard loop on magwell
G45 doesn't

G45 has a smoother trigger
