Title: CA penal code 25640
Post by: changemyoil66 on September 17, 2019, 04:09:38 PM: Saw a vid and didnt look into it, but guy says can legally ccw in CA at anytime as long as u got a hunting or fishing license and traveling to or engaged in activity. Gun cannot be loaded though.

So carry fishing pole at all times and copy of code.

Thoughts?

i can tell you that an appeals court will not hear your case before you finish your 3-month sentence and you will likely pay over $5k for a decent criminal defense attorney.

Not dumb enough to try it and i dont plan o n going to CA anytime soon anyways.
