I go to Oahu every month, sometimes twice a month and stay at least a week on my friend's farm in Waimanalo. I have noticed Waimanalo Beach Park is running out of space for the homeless. The new park will give them more space and maybe the ones currently camping around the boat ramp and Shriners can move there.
