Who were the 2 Voted yes? Who were the 2 who abstained? The abstainers are just as guilty IMO.

I think it was in Federalist 37 where a Founder explained the reasoning for exempting movie and tv productions from enforcement of unconstitutional laws created and passed by traitors. Then there's the watering the tree of liberty on occasion...

this was the house bill that crossed over to the senate
the senate bill is now in the house, that's the one with the grandfather clause

This is very true, When I was very active in Motorcycle Clubs all serious riders would give money annually to the Street Bikers United lobby group to fight against a Helmet Law that would always come up. Introducing the bill every year was basically a scam to get SBU to throw campaign funds at each of the legislators to make the bill go away. Democrats love them some 'donor' money to buy them off.

Maybe we should straight up ask Rhoades how much money he wants to STFU about 2A
