Title: Shoutout to the awesome guys at X-Ring
Post by: hnl.flyboy on June 15, 2012, 07:06:51 PM: Today, my two weeks of waiting for my permit finally ended, and I flew over to X-Ring. I got there just as Brian was opening, and we started with the paperwork. I bought a 3.5# connector to reduce my new Glock's trigger weight, and I asked Brian if he could help me with it...it's my first Glock, and I didn't want to break it. While working with the gun, we discovered that this one is a lemon.. The sear wouldn't catch the striker! Racking the slide ended with the trigger still to the rear. This pistol wasn't one from their stock -- this was a Glock 19 in FDE that I got sent over from another dealer in Georgia. Brian worked with me until the pistol was in working order. I just wanna let everyone know that the guys at X-Ring are the best!

But now I'm more inclined to head to X-Ring ;)

Once the range opens up you will have even better incentives to head down.

Might be heading down soon too and have you guys inspect a gun for me and make sure its in working order.
