Title: Pedestrian Fatalities up due to "Rona" Virus.

I'm driving through Kahala by a heavily trafficked street and this Walker juts out into the road to maintain her 3 meter exclusion zone right into traffic.  I had to swerve into the oncoming lane to avoid her, thankfully no one was in that lane.  I understand being cautious but getting hit by a car is also fatal last time I checked.
