So, received a call from Honolulu Firearms Department Officer stating that I need to provide them a "disposition letter" from the courts so that my rifle permit gets approved. My question is how am I suppose to get that letter when HPD knows that all courthouse "clerk" department are closed due to the Corona Virus Pandemic? Atleast till further notice. It's crazy cause this minor crimes i done was over 10+ years ago and the cases with dimssed/resolved. Futhermore, I was able to registered multiple firearms within the pass few years. So why a "red flag" now, I just dont understand. Anything helps, much mahalos!

What's even more messed up is that if this permit gets disapproved I was told i need to surrender whatever firearms I have now. Especially with all of this issues arising near an far.

Can you find your case online? If so, try printing that out with the disposition information.

If the online record doesn't reflect the correct disposition, that's a different issue. If you have the paperwork from 10+ years ago dismissing the case, maybe that will help.
I'm just guessing, but you sound like the case was not dismissed, but rather placed on deferral. If you kept your nose clean for a certain amount of time, the case would then be changed to dismissed.
If I'm right about deferral, others on here have posted similar situations. You might need to petition the court to amend the record. It might also be as easy as having a clerk take a look at your record and verify the terms of the deferral were met (no additional infractions).
Of course, all of that must wait until the courts are back in session -- and you KNOW they're going to have a helluva backlog ahead of you!

Sell them to a friend who is legally allowed to own a firearm, or to a FFL and pay a storage fee. I'm sure shelves are empty, so they should have space to keep your firearms. If legally allowed to do so.

A little follow-up information could possibly help the next person in your situation, if it's not too personal.
