As Rocky said, nothing new, but unfortunately many who have been presented the truth still adhere to the American Imperial narrative dictated by the power elite and even chastise others for going against the grain, calling them unpatriotic or traitors.

Moreover, I will add that almost every war or occupation America has partaken were under false premise: illegal annexation of Hawaii and the Spanish-American War both in 1898, WWII, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, etc.
