Title: Judge knocks down California law mandating ammo buy background checks
Post by: robtmc on April 23, 2020, 03:11:48 PM: A judge knocked down the Calif law requiring background checks to buy ammunition, and banning importation of ammo from other states.

May slow down liberals here wanting to do the same thing here?

Judge is apparently an escapee from Cuba, not a shock he is a Constitutionalist.

yeah, was thinking the same thing, a week or two before CA AG files to appeal. Ya think Kalifornians are stockpiling whatever they can find? just in case BOHICA...

Judge Benitez just D E N I E D the State of Kommiefornia’s request for a stay which means for Californians can buy ammo online and have it shipped to their house for the duration of the case.

I was just going to say I wonder how long that will last and I saw your post. That sucks and I hope that never try to bring that to Hawaii.

they ARE trying. that was one of the bills that Karl Roads proposed, and it passed several committees. The Constitution never stops him. SB2635, HB2736.
