A judge knocked down the Calif law requiring background checks to buy ammunition, and banning importation of ammo from other states.
May slow down liberals here wanting to do the same thing here?

Judge Benitez just D E N I E D the State of Kommiefornia’s request for a stay which means for Californians can buy ammo online and have it shipped to their house for the duration of the case.

I was just going to say I wonder how long that will last and I saw your post. That sucks and I hope that never try to bring that to Hawaii.

they ARE trying. that was one of the bills that Karl Roads proposed, and it passed several committees. The Constitution never stops him. SB2635, HB2736.
